If you are unable to repay the loan or extend the contract on time, we will sell the pledged item via our e-shop or commission stores. Good to know: if you do not redeem your pledged item before the loan term ends, this will not affect your credit rating with Luutar or any other lender.

How Does the Loan Process Work at Luutar?

• Collateral can include valuables (gold, silver), household appliances, mobile phones, laptops, tools, and other items in good condition.
• After signing the contract, you will receive the full value of the appraised item immediately.
• The items remain as collateral and can be redeemed at any time.
• If you are unable to repay or extend the loan, you can forfeit the collateral without any negative consequences.
• Loans from Luutar are obligation-free.

What Can Be Used as Collateral?

Gold and Silver

The most popular types of collateral are gold and silver: necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, coins, watches, dental gold, and all other items made of precious metals. We also accept investment gold, gold granules, and bullion. Good to know: damaged items are also accepted, as the value is determined by the weight and purity of the metal.

Mobile Phones, Computers, and Tablets

We accept various electronic devices as collateral: mobile phones, laptops, desktop computers, tablets, and their accessories. Devices must be in working order and good condition. If needed, we can help assess the technical condition on-site.

Construction and Power Tools

Quality tools are always in demand! Suitable collateral includes drills, saws, sanders, welding machines, measuring devices, and similar equipment. Bring in all tools that are in working and good condition.

Bicycles and E-Scooters

We accept bicycles and electric scooters that are in good and well-maintained condition. Our specialists will quickly and professionally assess them to offer you the best possible amount.

Other Items

In addition to the categories listed above, we also accept televisions, cameras, gaming consoles, stereo systems, amplifiers, speakers, car radios, and much more as collateral. If you have another item you'd like to pledge, visit our store or consult with us in advance.

General Loan Conditions

• Loan interest from 0.53% per day.
• Loan term from 5 to 35 days.
• You can extend the contract by paying the interest and storage fee.
• The collateral is kept in storage at Luutar during the loan period.
• Unredeemed collateral will be sold via our commission stores.
• Loan amount up to 60% of the market value of the collateral.
• After the loan contract expires, you still have 7 days to redeem your item.

Loan Secured by Gold and Silver

• The loan amount is based on the current world market price. Check the price list.
• Both intact and damaged precious metal items are accepted as collateral.

All pledged items are insured. Security is provided by G4S, and all service areas are monitored by video and audio recording.
